Born 42 years ago in Uganda, my journey has been defined by a unique blend of Engineering prowess and a deep-seated passion for empowering young people. Since the year 2000, I have dedicated myself to working with the younger generation, a commitment that has clearly shaped my career path.
My academic background showcases a formidable intellect, with a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering. This specialization in commercial aircraft speaks to a sharp mind and an ability to navigate complex, high-stakes environments.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a great passion for basketball’ not just the game but as a tool to engage with young people. I have played for the last 24 years locally’ through university and in the US and for the past three years, I have proudly represented the Over 40s GB Team, demonstrating my enduring athleticism and competitive spirit. I recently set up a team of young people from a challenging neighbourhood and in the first year I guided the Murrayside Spartans to a triumphant win in the 2025 playoffs of the Suffolk league, a testament to my strategic acumen and ability to inspire.
Now, I am actively pursuing a career that aligns even more closely with my enduring passion for working with young people, leveraging my diverse experiences and leadership qualities to make a profound impact. Currently working in collaboration with Murrayside Community Centre and Outstanding Futures to help guide young people through a challenging but rewarding path to their future.
